In the early 90s a brilliant school going boy from Feni, Bangladesh  was so curious about trees and plants, that sometimes his mother Bibi Khadija found those plants, leafs and herbs in his school bag. The boy was so frantic that his mother’s racket couldn’t stop him to muddle  with those natural stuffs. he was so much enthralled and inspired by nature that he always wanted  to find an easier way to cure human diseases from the nature. Although  his younger age was an hurdle,  that boy was so confident about what he was doing.

Talking about Mr. Anwar H Royal Rana, Managing director & CEO of Excellent World & Excellent Group. For his devotion to business and advancement  he was Awarded as the ‘Best Entrepreneur of 2017-2018‘   by Entrepreneur Association of Bangladesh. Father Siddique Ahmed was so inspiring for him throughout his way, which in due course helped him to come up this far.

Young in age, Mr. Rana was born in 21st March of 1984. Passed from High School in 1999. After completion of his high school he found a little extra time to culture his hobbies, at that time he had an chance to get even closer to the nature and study that. He methodically studied Garlic, Alovera, Mushroom, Neem, Black Seed, Turmeric, Soybeans and many more natural herbs.  Another intense addition of reading precious book was added to his hobby.

Mr . Rana was always trying to find the easiest and safest way to make food which can be used as medicine to heal some deadly diseases like Diabetes, Blood Pressure, Obesity, Heart etc.  He started to build his dream from his childhood, Founding Excellent Group was an example of that. After getting His MBA degree he started his business of making natural foods along with his friend. Now a day’s excellent World has more than hundreds of products. those products are not only got their good previews inside the country but also Mr. Rana started to export them overseas.

Success didn’t came right away, a long stream of hard work dedication and sleepless nights was in the backdrop. Mr. Rana never placed himself as a boss with his workers, rather he likes to believe himself as a coworker and a mentor. This characteristics made him a Leader. Now within a very short time Mr. Rana has developed his organization in a enormous way, more than five thousand people are now directly earn through Excellent World and Excellent Group.

Beside doing ethical business Mr. Rana has a big heart to help the humanity, that is why he has initiated  “Man For Man Foundation” with a vision to heal the ill Humanity. Mr. Rana never believes in individual development, he wants a mass growth for his country, his organization Excellent World has now contributing in the country’s economy.

With a commitment to make a better Bangladesh Mr. Rana has blend up his business style in Digital, Ecommerce , Networking and traditional style. With his business ethics and dedication he is now well reputed and respected in his arena.

In personal life Mr. Rana lives happily along with his three son and wife.  Although he cannot spare much time for his family but his family understand that Mr. Rana has to deliver a lot more things to his country.
